20 Dollar Chef - A Little Easter Brunch

Happy Easter! Today on the 20 Dollar Chef, I went with some Jonah crab claws and champagne. Throwing some grapefruit Italian soda in replacement of OJ worked nicely. I'm not sure how much these claws are per lb. I was told about 15-20 bucks a lb. I was sent these by the homie Steve from Rhode Island. He's a fisherman and his buyer backed out on a ton of Crab so I got lucky. They are about as easy to cook as ramen. Get an inch of water boiling and toss them in. They steam in 10 minutes. The salsa, also as easy as ramen. Toss the veggies in the blender, add pepper and garlic salt, done. 

Champagne and crab claws are a winning combo. Now is a good time to throw some extra cash down and fuck around with crab at home. I hope you have a great day!
