Today on 20 Dollar Chef , I finally breakout my performance enhancing grilled chicken wings. The lolli-popping was just extra today. This recipe will enhance anything you’re doing in your life. I will say maybe grill these with the bone in the air so it doesn’t burn the bones. I’m not saying this will solve the issue but it is worth a shot.
I really enjoy grilling wings. I love the flavor change and the char taste makes me want to eat 50 of these. Doing the lollipop thing is plenty of extra work here, but if you don’t mind, its a fun presentation. It also makes eating wings less messy.
I just grilled up a few different peppers to eat while housing these wings. Poblano is my shit lately. As well as shishito peppers, just don’t forget the sea salt!
- A couple lbs. of chicken wing drums.
- Agave Nectar
Also do your thing and experiment with other spices you enjoy that you think would pair well with this recipe. There are a ton of amazing rubs out there. Ge to know some.
