On today's episode of 20 Dollar Chef, we continue our quest to be the very best home bartender we can be. Today we go with a Peach Moscow Mule. I always enjoy a nice Moscow Mule. Except this time I had some extra peaches laying around so I said fuck it, blend em’ up, add some citrus, some ginger beer, vodka and mint for garnish. It came together really nice and I enjoyed a few of these before having to go to bed at 8:30 on a Friday night.
Nothing beats these fresh fruit drinks. Even though they aren’t healthy, they make me feel like I’m being healthy.
