That's A Good Bit!

For today's "That's A Good Bit," I'm going with a good buddy of mine. We've been doing stand up together for over 10 years and it's been a blast watching him grow. He has his own show called "Tacos Con Todo," and his Showtime Special is set to air May 29th. Jesus Trejo, is one funny ass kid. Here is

Today for this blog I'm going with one of my favorite comics to not only work with, but to speak with off stage. Kirk Fox. Hello, Stoolie Nation. I would like to announce that on Super Bowl Weekend, I will be fighting in RNR7. No, It won’t be a rematch vs. Smitty. Smitty had surgery and can’t fuck with that…yet. Plus, we are pretty good friends and it’s more fun to fight someone you don’t know or like, so I have turned

8 Ball, 5th pocket.

Over the years of partying, I’ve kicked it with people who could handle their drugs and alcohol and those who couldn’t. We all know someone who just couldn’t handle personal limits, one thing leads to another, next thing you know they are posting about Jesus helping them through their path to recove

It was a good run.

It was a good run.  Today’s lesson, nothing lasts forever. I knew it coming into this job. It’s been the a hell of a run. I’ve done things here I couldn’t have made up on a mushroom trip 5 years ago.  This job has been a dream come true. I’m not bitter it’s over. I’m happy for the almost 4 years of

20 Dollar Chef - Chicken Sausage & Cheese Tortellini Soup

Today on the 20 Dollar Chef, soup szn rolls into full swing. I went with a nice chicken sausage, cheese tortellini soup. Extremely hearty, and just delicious. This is under budget and cooks quick. 20 Dollar Chef - Mexican Crab Cakes

Today on 20 Dollar Chef, Labatt Blue and Mexican Crab Cakes. Just a small twist on the crab cake to make it Mexican. I’m sure there are much better ways, but this is what I came up with.  First, the crab meat. Lump crab is going to be the choice. I bought a 15 oz. can of both lump crab and lump crab

20 Dollar Chef - Chicken Tortilla Soup

It's Soup Szn!!! The soup will taste better if your belly shows when you lift your hands above your head. Thats called facts. Today on 20 Dollar Chef, I make a nice ass chicken tortilla soup. It's another easy recipe. The best part is deep frying your own tortilla strips to top this recipe off with.

20 Dollar Chef - Banana Tequila Cocktail

On today’s episode of 20 Dollar Chef, I’m rolling out a nice dessert style drink.  More drinks should offer snacks, like a Bloody Mary does. So I added some banana chips, chocolate wafer sticks, and some chocolate candy. Threw that on a stick for presentation. Who doesn’t love a little salted carame

20 Dollar Chef - Crunchwrap Supreme Knockoff

On today’s episode of 20 Dollar Chef, I went with one of my favorite fast food items. I make a Crunchwrap supreme, but no free ads. This is pretty simple. Some things you may have at home, some no. This is under budget for sure. WIth a lb. or 2 of ground beef you can make 5-10 of these shits, easy.
