20 Dollar Chef - Mussels And Soprano's Cast!

I never missed a Sunday night. HBO Sunday’s were a CAN’T-MISS. There was no TiVo or DVR. If you missed an episode of Soprano’s  you were fucked. So when I was presented with the opportunity to have Federico Castelluccio, (Furio) Jason Cerbone, (Jackie Jr.) and Vincent Curatola, (Johnny Sack) I was extremely excited, to say the least. So I called Glenny Balls and we ran over to meet up and film.  I asked what would be something they’d like to cook and Mussels came up. So that’s what we did. I threw in a nice arugula salad with bresaola and lemon. Extremely refreshing and delicious. (Next time I’d throw some parmesan on it.)

Mussels marinara is a pretty simple recipe, fun to make and very tasty.

We talk about the show as well as having the chance to have a cast reunion of sorts with the upcoming “SopranosCon” Coming to the Meadowlands Expo Center Nov. 23/24. A very large portion of the show’s cast will be there. It’s going to be a wonderful experience that I look forward to covering with Glenny Balls!
