20 Dollar Chef - Summertime Ceviche

On this episode on the 20 Dollar Chef, I went with a clean ass versatile dish. Ceviche. It refreshing, perfect for Summer, healthy, and for whatever reason, you get extra respect for making this. Make sure you marinate the shrimp in the Citrus juices for at least 20 mins in the fridge before combining everything in the one bowl and add the avocado last!
