On today’s episode of the 20 Dollar Chef, I am busting out a solid summer sandwich good and early. We’re still some time away from summer, but that doesn’t mean we can’t start drawing up plans for those days when your stomach growls extremely hard after a clean ass session swimming in the ocean or a pool.
This is one of my favorite sandwiches to make and eat in the summer. Grilled chicken, melted cheese, onion, tomato, sprouts, avocado, and pepperoncini. A little mayo or mustard and it’s on!
