It was a good run.

It was a good run.  Today’s lesson, nothing lasts forever. I knew it coming into this job. It’s been the a hell of a run. I’ve done things here I couldn’t have made up on a mushroom trip 5 years ago.  This job has been a dream come true. I’m not bitter it’s over. I’m happy for the almost 4 years of

Today on 20 Dollar Chef, Labatt Blue and Mexican Crab Cakes. Just a small twist on the crab cake to make it Mexican. On today’s episode of 20 Dollar Chef, I’m rolling out a nice dessert style drink.  More drinks should offer snacks, like a Bloody Mary does. So I added some banana chips, chocolate wafer sticks, and some chocolate candy. Threw that on a stick for presentation. Who doesn’t love a little salted carame
