Lowering The Bar: Eating Scottish Haggis AKA The Insides Of A Sheep
Scotland is not known for its culinary contributions on the global stage, and Haggis is a perfect example of why the country gets left out of the mix. Haggis is mashed-up sheep insides, covered in spices, then stuffed into the lining of a sheep's stomach to be cooked. If you are not a traditionalist, you can avoid the intact stomach lining by simply eating the minced up sheep livers and hearts straight out of the can.
