Kyle Larson Takes Us Into COTA
This week, Spider and I sat down with the reigning Cup Series champ, Kyle Larson, who already has one win and one second-place finish in 2022.
And also one spin-out caused by Denny Hamlin.

Larson has no hard feelings with Denny, he is looking forward to the season's first road course this weekend in Texas, and he's VERY grateful that I was there to help his mother celebrate the most cherished moment of his racing career.
And, as always, the Barstool Sportsbook is offering 4 Featured Matchups on the app this week… I find one of the options very intriguing…

I love Martin Truex Jr… Some would even call me a simp for that old bastard from New Jersey.
But this week, I am taking Cup Series rookie (and Daytona 500 winner) Austin Cindric versus Martin in this Head-To-Head matchup because even though Truex is a 4-time winner on road courses at the Cup level (last was Sonoma in 2019), Cindric grew up racing sports cars that are similar in style to the Next-Gen’s configuration on such tracks AND Austin has 5 XFINITY and 1 Truck Series road course wins.
You can catch the EchoPark Automotive Texas Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas this Sunday at 3:30 PM EST on FOX.
Take a lap.
