Today on 20 Dollar Chef I went with another nice little cocktail. A jalapeño pineapple margarita. I’m not even sure how this qualifies as a marg. Outside the Triple sec, ( I skipped that cause I don’t need that extra sweetness.) it doesn’t call for sweet n sour either. Either way, here we are.
I really enjoy the spice from the jalapeño. This drink is almost a meal and I love that.
Muddle a little jalapeño and pineapple, add some cilantro for no reason, tequila and pineapple juice, shake it up and get lit. That’s it.
