The marinade is the where the magic happens here. The soy and honey are strong and come out very tasty.  give it at least 4 hours to marinate

It was a good run.

It was a good run.  Today’s lesson, nothing lasts forever. I knew it coming into this job. It’s been the a hell of a run.
