20 Dollar Chef - What's left Quarantine Breakfast

On this episode on the 20 Dollar Chef, we're locked in and scared to hit the store. So make a meal with what you have. I went with some items I had left before i'm forced to head back to the store and be scared i'm gonna get that rona from someone else in the meat section. 

This is basically a skillet recipe:

  • Maple sausage
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Shallot
  • Scallion ( For Garnish.)
  • One bell pepper
  • Then add salt and pepper and any other spices you’re in the mood for. 
  • Whatever cheese you have
  • A couple eggs

Making breakfast has always been my favorite meal to make. Outside grilling and smoking meat of course. So get up, do work in the kitchen for your quarantine team and get started for a long day of not going anywhere.
