It was a good run.

It was a good run.  Today’s lesson, nothing lasts forever. I knew it coming into this job. It’s been the a hell of a run. I’ve done things here I couldn’t have made up on a mushroom trip 5 years ago.  This job has been a dream come true. I’m not bitter it’s over. I’m happy for the almost 4 years of

Today on 20 Dollar Chef, Labatt Blue and Mexican Crab Cakes. Just a small twist on the crab cake to make it Mexican. It's another easy recipe. The best part is deep frying your own tortilla strips to top this recipe off with.

On today’s episode of 20 Dollar Chef, I’m rolling out a nice dessert style drink.  More drinks should offer snacks, like a Bloody Mary does. So I added some banana chips, chocolate wafer sticks, and some chocolate candy. Threw that on a stick for presentation. Who doesn’t love a little salted carame
