20 Dollar Chef - Jim Breuer Is My New Best Friend
On this episode of 20 Dollar Chef, I’m joined by one of my favorites dudes I’ve ever watch do stand up. He is an absolute electric factory. Jim, A Saturday Night Live alumn, Staple on Comedy Central and One of the funniest stand-up comics you’ve ever seen. In 2001 when I first entered the stand-up world, as a food runner at the Tempe Improv, I was 22 and Half Baked was a daily quoted movie, Goat Boy was one of my favorite Saturday Night Live sketches, HUGE Jim Breuer fan. Watching him crush show after show was such an amazing work perk. He would do Goat Boy in the lobby and we would all die. I’ve continued to watch his stand up over the years. So I was very excited to cook with him. A metal head form Long Island, I decided to go with sausage and meatballs with some peppers over rigatoni. I lucked out as that’s his fav and something he does most Sunday’s with his daughters. The guy is a riot, made this episode was so fun to make. thank you for watching!
