On this episode of the 20 Dollar Chef, I paid a visit to an old friend Jon “G” Lane. Who now owns and runs one of my favorite breweries in the U.S., OSHO Brewery. With 5 locations in Phoenix, the place is exploding and one reason they see such wonderful success is due to their corporate chef, Chef Tony. In the game for 24 years, He shares their popular Chile Relleno recipe. I’ve always been a huge fan of this dish. This place just has a vibe you can’t fake. The food is delicious and the fact that they distill and brew all their own alcohol is pretty outstanding.
