The Road To Philip Rivers Leading Us To A Super Bowl Begins NOW

IT'S GAMEDAY BABY! I felt like a 4 year old boy waking up on Christmas this morning as the Boys In Blue are back to take on their division rival, the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Colts haven't had this much hype in the offseason since 2015 when they added veterans Andre Johnson and Frank Gore to the squad. It's safe to say that season quickly turned to shambles, but the past is the past. I'm so excited for this game because I have no clue what to expect. But what I do know is this team has a lot of new weapons that you should keep your eyes on.

Obviously everyone is anticipating Philip Rivers to lead us to the Super Bowl. It's the 3rd season in a row where we've had a new QB. I think he is going to be a stud playing behind one of the best o-lines in the league as well as having fresh new weapons like Jonathan Taylor Michael Pittman to choose from. If you haven't seen Jonathan Taylor, he's pretty much a walking tank. Him, Marlon Mack, and Nyheim Hines are going to be a fantastic 3 headed monster as they continue to "Run The Damn Ball".

The defense might be more entertaining than the offense! This roster is fresh, young, and fast. It's also DeForest Buckner's debut as he plays along with the best LB in the league Darius Leonard and DB Kenny Moore who signed a big ass contract this offseason. I think one of these guys, if not all 3 of them, are going to make a huge play and put the league on notice today. While I have so much confidence in winning this game, there's 2 curses that the Colts need to get off their back.

Whether it's the Madden curse, these curses, or my virginity curse, there's nothing funny about them. But curses don't last forever. I hope. In my early prediction blog, I had the Colts winning 27 - 17 but actually think the Jags will score less than 17. Besides Gardner Minshew, I have no idea who they have on their roster. If you told me that added a few season ticket holders onto the squad I'd believe it.

Go Horse and Go Jeremy Chinn! Jeremy was one of my teammates in high school and is making his NFL debut against the Raiders today. It's surreal and I can't wait for him to shock the world!
