Everything's Fine: Texas Tech Girl Goes Viral at a Day Drink Saying "Yes I Fucking Have COVID, the Whole Fucking World Has COVID"

(This video is a few days old now, but no one's blogged it so her ya go.)

Checking in on the south! Just having covid parties with not a care in the world. Hell yeah! Surely nothing bad will come of this. No way there won't be a spike of any sorts. Nah, virus schmirus. Nope, everything is sunshines and rainbows in the college world, as expected. Carry on!

Like I've said in previous blogs about 2020 college, if your parents are sending you away for the year to a big school it shows that 1) they're stupid rich and don't care about your tuition costs 2) they despise the existence of you and don't really care for your well being. No one in their right mind can observe what's happened with the virus, sit down with their family, and then decide it's the smart move to send away their child to school for tens of thousands of dollars. Sure the virus seems to be slowing in some parts, but the idea of college in its normal form simply does not exist right now. It's a complete waste to do this. Just take a gap year or get credits at a smaller school.

So now we've got this viral video of a girl at Texas Tech admitting she has Covid-19 ON CAMERA while she enjoys herself at a "normal" college day drink with her friends. As expected, Texas Tech has launched a campus-wide investigation. Not great!

The Office of the Dean of Students and Student Conduct shared in a Sunday tweet that they were aware of the video and were addressing the matter.  There were 1,020 total cases of coronavirus reported at the university as of September 8, according to a release from the school's Office of Communications and Marketing. Of those, 918 are students.

In a letter released on September 8, Texas Tech’s President Lawrence Schovanec said that the university had been met with a series of 'challenges' since resuming classes two weeks ago.

'The first two weeks of classes have presented its share of challenges. Our plans have been tested, but I am very proud of your resilience and your focus on the well-being of our students,' Schovanec said in the release. -Daily Mail

I love how in the statement the president says the first two weeks of classes have presented its share of challenges. Uhhh ya think?? You really expected those kids to be smart and to stay inside AT COLLEGE? In what world was that going to happen? College kids are the dumbest people on the planet. It's the first time in most of their lives where their parents aren't watching their every move. No shit they're letting loose. Logic does not apply while away at college because it's a fake world. You think most of them care about the virus? Not a chance. If it's nice outside they're going to be day drinking. It's science.

You're seeing this all over. I already touched on the freshman party that happened in the middle of the giant quad in the center of Syracuse's campus. I mean college kids are gonna be college kids. Expecting anything else is being naive. Obviously colleges want the tuition money at the end of the day and don't give a fuck about anyone's actual safety. If they did they wouldn't have opened up campus to start. All the students are just being set up for failure. Good luck if you're a student on a college campus over the next few weeks.

P.S. I've never heard someone say "stop getting on my tip" and I don't envision any scenario in life where I will repeat that phrase. If I do, I invite you to punch me in my face.
