Training For Rough N' Rowdy In China With Donnie & Hu Ayi

My global training for Rough N' Rowdy continues. Today we have some never-before-seen footage from China when Donnie and Hu Ayi put me through a very unique workout. Between this and my training with Jamol, I will be unstoppable come Friday. QCP has no clue what is coming. 

I hope Hu Ayi is Doing well. Like Jamol, she is someone from my travels with Donnie who I will never forget.
