No Hassle Truffle Fries
INGREDIENTS
-3 Russet potatoes, slices into fry shape
-1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
-2 Tbsp of fresh parsley, minced
-1 Tbsp truffle oil
-Sea salt
-Canola oil for frying
METHOD
-Place cut fries into pot
-Cover with canola oil
-Place on medium heat and allow the oil to come to temperature
-Once oil is bubbling continue frying until potatoes are golden brown (the whole process should take around 25 minutes)
-Drain fries from oil and immediately toss w/ truffle oil, parmesan, salt & parsley
