To The Surprise Of No One, White Sox Dave Continues To Be a Bumbling Idiot With An Empty Brain

We're less than a week away from Opening Day all across Major League Baseball and I cannot fucking wait. In fact, today individual Yankees tickets went on sale this morning and I went nuts. I am starved for watching baseball in person rather than on TV. Last year was the first time in my whole life I didn't go to a Yankees game. I know that's a spoiled take compared to everything else we were deprived from in the world, but man I cannot wait to get back to The Bronx. Speaking of things that are back, White Sox Dave and his moronic baseball takes have returned to make us all dumber. He'll tell you he has the wits, knows all the scouts, knows the farmers, has all the scoops, but deep down that buffoon is just a large round ball of stupidity.

Dave's latest take came at the expense of Corey Kluber. Now I'm sure there's some distaste from all the years Kluber shoved his balls down WSD's throat while on the Indians. Well now 'The Bot' is in The Bronx, that sad excuse of a human being in the Chicago office is calling him "raw asshole" because he saw one tweet from Eno Sarris.

This is all White Sox Dave based his entire blog on. Dave wasn't out there intently watching every pitch Kluber threw. He read that tweet about Kluber's lack of velo and called him raw asshole. I mean can you expect anything else from that bumbling idiot?

What White Sox Dave can't understand in that empty head of his is that no realistic Yankees fan is expecting Cy Young Kluber. No one is expecting 96 mph. No is really expecting him to pitch like a true number 2 starter. All we want right now during Spring Training is health. It's all you can really ask for from a guy who hasn't pitched in two seasons. What WSD also failed to realize from that outing (because all he read was one tweet) was that Kluber's vintage nasty movement was all there for eyes to see. That's his bread and butter. Kluber was never a guy that had that 100 mph blow you away fastball. He beats you with impeccable control and disgusting pitches, specifically a great two-seamer/sinker and a breaking ball. The numbers in spring have been encouraging, but obviously none of that matters. All I wanna see from Kluber is health and hearing from him that he's feeling good out there. No one is panicking from a March 22nd start about 92 mph. Absolutely no one.

I'm excited to see Kluber out there to start the season. A rotation of Cole-Kluber-Taillon-Montgomery-German has the potential to be very solid. Again, if you are on the other side of a White Sox Dave argument you have to feel pretty good about yourself. Always good words to live by via Dave Portnoy.

On this week's podcast we gave our season predictions for the 2021 season including going through a list of props that we came up with. Go listen to that here.

Loser buys the podcast a very nice dinner. I have a feeling it will be Mush.
