World's Dumbest Criminal Attempts To Smuggle 1.5 Tons Of Weed Into The US In The Worst Way Possible
Source - A Phoenix man has been arrested attempting to smuggle more than a ton of marijuana with a street value of $1.2million from Mexico
US Customs and Border Protection said in a press release that the bust took place on Saturday at Arizona’s Port of Lukeville on the US-Mexico border.
According to the CBP, officers referred the 55-year-old suspect for further inspection of his motor home as he tried to cross the border into Arizona on Saturday afternoon. After a CBP canine alerted officers to an odor it was trained to detect, they searched the camper and discovered more than 120 bundles of marijuana from the storage compartments, walls, and floor of the vehicle.
The drugs weighed almost 2,448lbs and are worth more than $1.2million. The driver of the pot-laden RV was taken into custody and turned over to US Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
Guy, have you not seen Border Wars? If you want to bring drugs into the US you’re going to have to do more than stick them in the cupboard of the motor home. This is 2018, people are building drug submarines and swallowing balloons full of cuh-caine. It’s been years since anyone has driven their drugs across the border, especially in an RV. Every time they cross, it’s an automatic search. I don’t blame them either, mobile home owners aren’t exactly known for their sterling reputation. They’re known for being trash. Whether that’s true or not is for you to decide. But I will tell you this, Cousin Eddie owned an RV. Talk amongst yourselves.
That’s not to say that there aren’t nice motorhomes out there. There are. Some of them go for millions of dollars but you won’t find them in Mexico. They’re parked at NASCAR races and outside concerts. If you take one of these to Mexico
it’ll end up like one of these.
