Sup yo? If you’re unaware, I’ve been doing a blog per day leading up to WrestleMania where I talk about my personal favorite 20 Mania moments of all time. Keep in mind I’m 18, so a lot of my picks will be on the more recent side. Sorry about the delay today, me and Riggsy were on our long trip back from Providence, Rhode Island.
9. Icon vs Icon
This was one of the biggest no brainers when compiling my list, initially. It’s very simple: Hulk Hogan and The Rock meet in a match for the first time ever. Two of the biggest stars in pro wrestling history, each representing different generations. When they stepped into the ring and stood face to face…pure electricity. The crowd went absolutely fucking INSANE, and enhanced this good match into a great one. I mean…Hogan “Hulking up” got one of the best reactions anything ever has…
Speaks for itself, and reminds us that the Great White North deserves another Show of Shows.
