Dillon Brooks is Pretty Good at This Game-Winning Shot Thing

Just another casual night in college basketball. Ho-hum buzzer beaters, comebacks and UNC all but clinching an ACC title. This one comes out West as Dillon Brooks did it again. Yet another buzzer beater for the Oregon star, who is quickly climbing NPOY charts and in a 2-man race now for Pac-12 POY with Lonzo Ball.

I gave out Oregon as one of my five favorites to win the national championship partly because of Brooks. When you’re in the NCAA Tournament you need a guy that can go get his own bucket and bail you out late in games. This happened again tonight for Oregon as their biggest lead was 3 points – came with .2 seconds left. Sincere apologies for Cal backers who had it them at +2.5.
