Wake Up With Justin Verlander No-Hitting The Brewers
After losing Opening Day starter honors to David Price last year, the Tigers named Justin Verlander as their Opening Day starter once again this year. It’s crazy how a couple of down seasons can make you forget how good a player is. Verlander has two no-hitters and a couple one-hitters on his resume, along with a Cy Young and MVP in the same year. He’ll probably never be the guy that’s still pumping 99 in the ninth inning, but nevertheless, it’s always fun to revisit the time when he could.
