Christian Pulisic Somehow Turned His Questionable World Cup Performance Into Hanging Out With Megan Moroney in Nashville
Christian Pulisic has been the subject of quite a bit of heat over the last several weeks following the United States' 4-1 loss to Belgium in the World Cup Round of 16. Pulisic came out of the game in the 59th minute due to an ankle injury and said after the game he would be fine because he now gets "time to rest" — which did not go over well with pretty much anyone.
It seems Pulisic is making the most of his vacation time, though, because he has somehow found himself spending evenings in Nashville with Megan Moroney. Maybe this World Cup was great for his personal brand, after all.
In addition to hanging out together on Broadway, Pulisic was also at Moroney's show last weekend in Miami. It seems the two have spent a good amount of time together recently.
Maybe these two are just good pals. Or maybe this is the relationship we need to show soccer has arrived in America and our golden boy is going to lead a comeback tour the likes of which the world has never seen with America's country-pop princess at his side as we win the 2028 Copa America on home soil and march to the quarterfinal and beyond in the 2030 World Cup.
