Russian President Vladimir Putin was kidnapped and being held hostage by Russian radicals… 

A Russian truck driver carrying a full load of vodka was stopped at the back of a long line of traffic on the motorway and growing impatient. He watched as policemen walking down the line of stopped vehicles were asking drivers to roll down their windows so they could speak to them. 

When a policeman approached his truck, the truck driver rolled down his window and immediately asked, "What's going on, Officer?"

The policeman replied, "A group of radicals are holding Putin hostage in an armored truck up ahead in Red Square, and they're demanding 100 million rubles, and if they don't get it within an hour, they're threatening to douse Putin in petrol and set him on fire. So, we're asking everyone for donations…"

"Oh, okay," the truck driver responded before asking, "Tell me, officer, how much are people donating on average?"
