The Giants Are Going To Get Carved on Thanksgiving

My picks in Week 11 were a real turkey at 4-9-1. I am 74-85-4 on the season. Don't be a turkey; join the overs club with the Big Gobble.

Thanksgiving Big Gobble

Buf -9.5 (o/u 54.5)

Bills 31 Lions 20

Thanksgiving is for three things, food, family, and watching the Lions lose.

Dal -9.5 (o/u 45.5)

Cowboys 34 Giants 13

The Giants were exposed last week as they were dominated by Detroit at the Meadowlands. With several nagging injuries, the Giants are finally roasted and stuffed, waiting for the Cowboys to carve them up.

NE +2.5 (o/u 42.5)

Patriots 29 Vikings 10

This game is at night. Kirk Cousins turns into a pumpkin in primetime games. While America enjoys its pumpkin pie, the Patriots will whip the Vikings.

Sunday at 1

Car +2 (o/u 36)

Panthers 15 Broncos 13

Sam Darnold has been named starting quarterback as the Carolina quarterback carousel continues to churn. Darnold will provide a slight spark as the Broncos continue to create ways to lose.

TB -3.5 (o/u 42.5)

Buccaneers 24 Browns 16

The Buccaneers were starting to find their groove in the past two weeks, winning two straight before their bye week. The Browns are just happy that soon Deshaun Watson can play, and they can finish strong.

Bal -4 (o/u 43.5)

Ravens 17 Jaguars 12

The Jaguars have become experts at losing close games, as they have been one play away from an upset in most of their games. It is a growing process, and there are signs things are improving. The Ravens' offense struggled against Carolina last week and will have their hands full again.

Mia -13 (o/u 47)

Dolphins 37 Texans 20

The Dolphins need to be on guard for a letdown, coming in at 7-3 off their bye week. The schedule gets much tougher in December, with three road games coming up after this game. The Texans are terrible and changing quarterbacks, as the Davis Mills experiment is over.

NYJ -4.5 (o/u 39)

Jets 16 Bears 10

The Jets have switched to Mike White, as Zach Wilson is being benched due to his terrible play. Justin Fields is questionable with a shoulder injury. The Bears should bench Fields, focus on 2023 and get a higher draft pick. Even if Fields plays at less than 100%, he will be covered in sauce.

Ten +1.5 (o/u 42.5)

Titans 20 Bengals 17

The Titans find ways to win games. Derrick Henry continues to carry the offense, while the defense has been among the best in the NFL. Looking for revenge for the Divisional Playoffs, I expect the Titans to win by a late field goal.

Atl +4.5 (o/u 41.5)

Commanders 24 Falcons 20

Washington has been in command with Taylor Heinicke, but the Falcons are often pesky. This has all the feels of the Falcons keeping the game close and covering while the Commanders get the win.

Sunday Late Games

LAC -3.5 (o/u 48)

Chargers 31 Cardinals 17

A battle of habitually disappointing teams sees the Chargers limp in after heartbreaking primetime losses to the Chiefs and 49ers, while the Cardinals are feeling Montuzum's revenge after getting crushed in Mexico and having a coach fired for inappropriate behavior. The Cardinals are terrible at home. If the Chargers can't win this game, they are finished.

Sea -3.5 (o/u 47.5)

Seahawks 29 Raiders 19

The Raiders rallied to stun the Broncos last week, but they still are a team that is a mess. The Seahawks have been among the NFL's biggest surprises as Geno Smith is proving the doubters wrong.

KC -14.5 (o/u 43)

Chiefs 41 Rams 10

This one could get ugly. The Rams could be on the way to having the worst record following a Super Bowl victory. Adding to the Super Bowl hangover are injury issues, as quarterback Matt Stafford is back in concussion protocol.

SF -9.5 (o/u 43.5)

49ers 30 Saints 16

The 49ers look like a team hitting their stride after their blowout win in Mexico City. The Saints have been up and down all season and will not be able to stay in this game long.

Sunday Night

GB +6.5 (o/u 46.5)

Eagles 23 Packers 20

After their 8-0 start, the Eagles have scuffled, losing at home to the Commanders and nearly losing to the Colts. The Packers have had a miserable season, and Aaron Rodgers has struggled, but this one will be close, as the Packers lose a heartbreaker.

Monday Night

Pit +2.5 (o/u 39.5)

Steelers 24 Colts 20

Expect Jeff Saturday to have a bad case of the Mondays. The Steelers are 25-5 in their last 30 games on Monday Night Football. Mike Tomlin knows how to win on Monday as the Steelers come in and get an upset win.
