The Minnesota Vikings Get No Respect

After a few terrible weeks, I bounced back in Week 10, posting a record of 9-5. My overall record is a brutal 70-76-4.

Thursday Night

GB -3 (o/u 41)

Packers 17 Titans 13

The Packers ended their five-game losing streak with a comeback win over the Cowboys; they now face a Titans team that has clawed their way to 6-3 despite several injuries and a struggling offense. This feels like a low-scoring game that the Packers win late.

Sunday at 1

Chi +3 (o/u 50)

Bears 30 Falcons 27

The Bears' offense has been tremendous as of late, as they have scored at least 29 points in their past three games. They have also lost those three games, as their defense has left much to be desired. The Falcons are a funky team that often finds ways to lose games.

Bal -12 (o/u 42)

Ravens 34 Panthers 16

The Panthers have won three games, all within the NFC South. The Ravens coming off a bye week could be on the verge of surging to the top of the AFC. Expect a big day from Lamar Jackson.

Buf -8.5 (o/u 42.5)

Bills 45 Browns 12

After two straight losses, the Bills are due to breakout. The Browns are limping to the finish line when Deshaun Watson can return. This one has blowout and snow in the forecast. Expect a Buffalo stampede.

Hou +3.5 (o/u 40.5)

Texans 20 Commanders 17

The Commanders stunned the world, ending the Eagles' hopes of a perfect season on Monday night. It was the best win in years for Washington as Taylor Heinicke continued to become a cult hero for the Commanders. Against a one-win Texans team, they are due for a letdown.

Phi -6.5 (o/u 44)

Eagles 36 Colts 16

The Colts won their first game with Jeff Saturday last week. That will be the end of the interim boost, as the Eagles coming off their first loss, which involved several controversial calls, will be hungry for blood. This one could get ugly, as Matt Ryan will have at least three turnovers.

NE -3 (o/u 38)

Patriots 17 Jets 13

The Patriots have an 11-game winning streak against the Jets, including a win at the Meadowlands last month. The entire AFC East is over .500, and both teams are coming off a bye week. Bill Belichick knows how to win when given extra time and will beat the Jets again.

LAR +4 (o/u 39)

Rams 16 Saints 13

Two of the more disappointing teams in the NFL meet at the Superdome. The Rams are banged up and suffering the Super Bowl hangover as their hopes of a repeat are dwindling. The Saints are alive, only due to a terrible division, as neither Jameis Winston more Andy Dalton have played well. Aaron Donald will make a play to steal a win for the Rams.

NYG -3 (o/u 45)

Giants 22 Lions 16

The Giants find a way to win. The game might be close each week, but Brian Daboll and the Giants do enough to win, as they are perhaps the NFL's biggest surprise at 7-2. The Lions have been better, winning their last two games, but with  Thanksgiving beckoning, that streak will end in the Meadowlands.

Sunday Late Games

Den -2.5 (o/u 41.5)

Broncos 17 Raiders 13

This game should be played at a garbage dump, as both teams are a dumpster fire. The Raiders beat the Broncos earlier in the season. The Broncos defense has played well despite their offensive struggles. The Raiders are a mess, not playing well on any side of the ball.

Min +1.5 (o/u 47.5)

Vikings 27 Cowboys 17

It is time to call the Vikings the Dangerfields because they get no respect. They are 7-1 but a home underdog to the Cowboys. This after beating the Bills on the road in overtime, with a comeback for the ages. Kirk Cousins is having an excellent season, and Justin Jefferson is a star receiver turning the Vikings into Super Bowl contenders.

Cin -4 (o/u 41)

Bengals 27 Steelers 13

The Steelers stole a win in the opener in Cincinnati but have struggled most of the season. The Bengals had a Super Bowl hangover early but have played better as of late. This game was flexed away from primetime, as each team needs a strong finish to get into the playoff picture. The Bengals have more upside and will get the win.

Sunday Night

LAC +6.5 (o/u 50)

Chiefs 27 Chargers 24

The Chargers are among the NFL's biggest teases. They look like they should be better than they are, but when the game is on the line, something goes wrong. They had a chance to win in San Francisco last week. They should have beaten the Chiefs in Kansas City in Week 2. They are a good dog by the number, but they can't get the win.

Lunes Noche

SF-8 (o/u 43.5)

49ers 31 Cardinals 20

This NFC West battle goes south of the border as the Cardinals and 49ers meet in Mexico City. Expect a big game by the Niners as they look to climb the divisional ladder while the Cardinals fall into the pit of despair.
