Multiple NFL Owners Believe They Can Convince Dan Snyder To Sell The Team, Or Possibly Get The Votes To Remove Him

Feel like this is a bi-annual story at this point. Like, every time you see this story you should change the batteries in your smoke detector and buy a new pair of running shoes. It's actually pretty convenient if we're being honest. "Babe wake up, a new story about the other owners wanting Dan Snyder out of the league" is actually code for "don't forget to re-up that birth control so I can continue dumping loads in you". 

This new story comes on the heels of the owner of the Phoenix Suns starting his process to sell the team after some racist speech and conduct came out. It appears the NFL owners looked around and were stunned it was that easy to get a guy out of the league. I do think the NFL and NBA ownership clubs are way different though. The NFL is way, way more "old boys club" and I would venture to believe there is a lot more fear about Dan Snyder being a narc and leaking alllll the info if the boys turned on him. Jerry knows Dan knows EVERYTHING. Shit, even if he only knows 50% I'm sure that would be more than enough. 

Will THIS be the time our hopes and dreams come true? I doubt it. I don't think Snyder can be convinced to sell, and I don't think the other owners could get enough votes to boot him. Why would Snyder sell out of the goodness of his heart? Because they asked nicely? Hah. That's not in the Dan Snyder playbook. He'd sue each and every owner for…something or other before he let someone else buy the team. I mean shit, when the minority owners wanted the fuck out what did he do? He bought their 40% so now he owns the full 100%. And that was WHILE HE WAS UNDER INVESTIGATION!!!!!

I still want to believe that one day the grim reaper will come for lil Dan Dan. I still want to believe before I die there will be a new owner in town. I have no idea what it'll take, but I believe one day, one fine day, it will happen.
