WATCH: Vaughn Grissom Hits a Ball Clear Out of Fenway Park in His Major League Debut and Pimps It Like You Read About

Last night, 21-year-old Vaughn Grissom was finishing up his 22nd career game in Double-A against the Tennessee Smokies. Tonight, he started at second base for the Atlanta Braves and launched a ball completely out of Fenway Park for his first career big league hit.

Sports.

I'm already in love with Vaughn. He has great minor league numbers, but just one game in and it is confirmed he most definitely has that dog in him.

The best part of the moment, though, was that he didn't hustle out of the box or any of that bullshit you're supposed to do as a new Major Leaguer. He flipped that bat out of his hands as soon as he possibly could and walked halfway down the first base line. That's my second baseman.*

Whatever the rest of Grissom's career looks like, Braves fans will always remember that homer.
