Kevin Durant Makes An Excellent Point

Let's not beat around the bush- Kevin Durant makes an excellent point here. Michael Patron thought he was really owning KD with that tweet, and it makes no sense at all. Why would you brag about your car not working and your internet being shit? Is that truly something to brag about? There's also bad beats within the bad beats- guy is tweeting a professional basketball player who has hundreds of millions of dollars in the bank about how he has to commute to work in the morning. Nothing says "gotcha!" like sitting in bumper to bumper traffic on the freeway, the sun in your eyes, coffee spilling on your lap, while the sports talk radio station discusses the same QB debate they've had every day for the last 3 years. Got eeeeeem!

It's why I will never take this job for granted. Commuting might as well be a death sentence. Shit, I don't even drive. I hate driving. I find it extremely dangerous and it is probably the only thing that scares me. They let teenagers get behind the wheel of a moving death machine. Teenagers are the dumbest, most stubborn people in the world, and they let 16 year olds with braces operate cars. And then on the other end of the spectrum, the god damn old people. These geezers driving around at night with 20/200 vision, not a care in the world. It takes them 40 minutes to find their damn car keys to begin with, but then we let them cruise around, blind as a bat, without ever re-testing them for a license renewal. It blows my god damn mind.

So credit KD. I love when he tweets. He has burners and doesn't give a fuck, or he just does it from his main account, fucks around for a couple hours, and then logs off and gets back to banging models and being filthy rich. What a dream.
