"Do Ya Wanna Taste It" By Wig Wam Is Number 1 On The iTunes Rock Charts 13 Years After It Was Released Thanks To Peacemaker's INCREDIBLE Opening Credits

Did James Gunn do it again or did James Gunn do it again? First he took a rag tag Marvel group in Guardians of the Galaxy to the top of the box office, then he turned DC's scraps in Peacemaker into my favorite TV show of the year, and now Wig Wam sits atop the iTunes Rock Charts, which I guess is really good?

I'll be honest, I have no clue which music charts are considered good anymore. Back in the day, if you were the top of the Billboard Charts, everyone wanted to suck your proverbial dick. But between iTunes, Spotify, and whatever other music apps the kids are listening to these days, I feel like there is no centralized list to let people know you are the balls.

However, there is no denying that Do Ya Wanna Taste It is indeed the balls and the reason it hit number one is because of the INCREDIBLE Peacemaker opening credits sequence that James Gunn's magical brain created.

Also this was an all-time bad break for Wig Wam's booking agent who was probably grinding to get them gigs then dropped them before they went supernova.

The last time we saw a show skyrocket a song out of nowhere like this was when It Was Agatha All Along was rose up the charts like the Dark Phoenix and created more fire remixes than Diddy, who lest we forget invented the remix.

If you haven't watched Peacemaker yet, do it ASAP. If you have watched Peacemaker, check out Robbie and I give a full Season 1 recap along with awards and power rankings from the best show I have seen this year.

Also a reminder that this offer is still out there for anybody that wants to see a bunch of Barstool idiots dance around and recreate that electric opening intro. We already have Frank The Tank, Nate (with Nate At Night mask), and Nick Hamilton on board. All that we need is a few thousand more subs by March 4th.

P.S. Finding out that this song wasn't made during the actual glam rock heyday kinda broke my heart until I listened to it again and realized it doesn't matter when a masterpiece this good was recorded if they nailed the entire vibe in both the song as well as the all important music video.
