It's Only A Matter Of Time Before Liam McHugh Gets Kicked In The Nuts This Hockey Season
We got a chance to get our first look at the NHL on TNT last night. There were a few technical difficulties along the way but it's still preseason for everybody.
But the studio show already seems to be in midseason form with Rick Tocchet coming dangerously close to giving Liam McHugh a good ol' fashion boot to the bag. It's night 1 of the preseason and we already have nutsacks on DEFCON 1. It's a long season, folks. Last day of the regular season isn't until April 29 and the last possible day for the Stanley Cup Final is June 30th. If family jewels are on the line already, it's only a matter of time before that line gets crossed. I'd set the over/under date on Thanksgiving before Liam McHugh takes a shot to the junk and much like what Rick Tocchet did here, I'd be hammering the under.
Fortunately this isn't Liam's first rodeo. The man is a vet, and he knows that preparation is the key to success.
