The Jets Took The Sixth Best QB With The Second Overall Pick

I came into this game ready to troll. Extremely prepared to call him QB5 the second he fucked up. And he did, immediately. Then he did again, throwing two interceptions on his first two attempts. Genuinely hilarious. But nothing could compare to this third interception of the first half. I mean holy fucking smokes that’s the worst pass in the history of arms. You knew the second he started his throwing motion that this ball had no chance of reaching anyone wearing a white jersey. And boy did it not. That was like a Broncos Manning era lollipop but without the 20 years of pro football know-how to manipulate the defense and work your receiver open. Instead he hit his favorite receiver of the day, J.C. Jackson, right in the numbers for his second reception of the afternoon. The Jets have had a lot of hilarious moments against the Patriots, but these three picks are quickly shooting up the ranks.
