Hundreds Of Bills Fans Showed Up To The Airport At 3 AM To Welcome Their Beloved Bills Back Home

There are many things you can call Bills fans. Fun. Passionate. Batshit crazy. But the one thing you can't call them is frontrunners. Just because the risky strategy of fighting off Patrick Mahomes touchdowns with Tyler Bass field goals fell short didn't mean there wasn't going to be a sea of Zubaz when the Bills arrived back in Buffalo at 3 AM. I hate waiting at airports in the middle of the day with my best friends and loved ones, so going to one at an ungodly time of night and waiting outside in the Buffalo winter is not exactly my idea of a good time. However, that didn't stop a horde of Western New York wildlings from gathering to greet a bunch of superhuman strangers from coming home after a loss.

If any Bills fans are looking for a spinzone on this shitty Monday morning, the Bills losing last night may have saved a bunch of lives as people drunk off of Super Bowl dreams and extra strong Canadian beer would have jumped through tables in from heights well above the suggested table breaking range by the Surgeon General. Just like with football teams, sometimes it's better for football fans to slowly but surely improve into a Super Bowl team instead of going from a crazy wildcard loss to a championship showdown with their franchise's boogeyman in his home stadium.

So rest up for next season Bills fans and carry the weight of yesterday's loss like we know you can. #BilltDifferent (insert the angry breathing through the nose emoji here since I think Barstool's entire infrastructure will melt down if I try to add it into the blog).
