Jayson Tatum Has Once Again Called Game!!

Holy shit what is with this team. It's virtually impossible for them to play a game and not stress us all the fuck out. Doesn't matter who it's against, this team is going to make you sweat. Games that have no business being close are nailbiters down to the very last possession. It's been that way in 6 of their 7 games to open the season. It's both incredible and kind of pathetic all at the same time. Don't ask me to explain it, I don't know what to make of it, but I do know I am sacrificing years off my life and the season just freaking started.

Well today, just like he did against the Bucks, Jayson Tatum hit another game winner. Unlike his attempt against the Pacers, you can see he learned from his mistake. He didn't settle and force a tough stepback three. Instead, he stayed patient, got to his spot, and it was cash from there. A great play design by Brad

and I'm very glad everyone listened. Nobody told him to go screw and do what they wanted instead. What a luxury it is to have Jaylen available for the HUGE three down 117-118 (he finished with 31 points on 13-16 shooting) and then also have someone like Tatum for a shot like this. You could argue this is what they should have done against the Pacers, but whatever. Let's just enjoy this much needed win. You can't drop both games to the fucking Pistons. That would have been an early season disaster.

We'll break down more tomorrow. For now let's just enjoy the two Jays, be thankful they are on this team and get the hell out of Detroit. Big one tomorrow with the Raptors on deck.
