BREAKING: William Shakespeare Becomes The Second Person And First Man To Receive The Approved Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine In The UK

Blogger's Note: This was written at 4:30 this morning and republished later in the day. Just be cool, daddy needs pageviews from people that aren't insomniacs since its performance review szn. I also refuse to take the BREAKING out of the headline since that is a click trick that I learned from ESPN that I think still has a BREAKING graphic up for Tom Brady signing withe Bucs

So I smashed the Publish button on that blog mere minutes ago, went to Twitter to tweet it out, and then hoped scroll myself into a blue-light induced slumber before I stumbled across this bit of news.

I had no idea the middle of the night UK healthcare beat was so active, yet here we are. Two blogs during the 4 AM hour on a casual Tuesday morning. Good times!

Despite starting my own personal Margaret Keenan Hype Group for being a pioneer in the medical industry, I must unfortunately withhold those same accolades William Shakespeare because 2nd place is 1st loser. However, one look at Billy boy tells me he is used to being an also-ran considering he was sentenced to never being the most famous person with his name by his parents.

You know this William Shakespeare dreads every time he is asked for his full name just because of all the looks and chit chat he has to engage in after he reveals he shares a name with ol’ Billy Sonnets himself. So I can't imagine what he was thinking before getting video taken of him receiving the biggest that would then be tweeted out to millions of cheeky Brits just dying to get some Shakepeare jokes off while drinking their morning tea.

Let's check back in with William Shakespeare, no the other one, to see how he's reacting to his name going viral (no pun intended).

I've seen that look before...

Best of luck William and to everyone else getting pricked today in the UK. Don't mind me, but I'm going to try to fall asleep again after breaking news on not one but TWO coronavirus vaccines while our competitors at ESPN, Bleacher Report, and everywhere else count sheep. I gotta make sure to bring this shit up at my performance review.
