Trevor Bauer has gone from that guy who has a screw or 2 loose in Cleveland and trains like a maniac, to the most outspoken player in baseball who has done a complete 180 for me. He used to annoy me a bit, but now I love the guy. Like I said above, his training stories are legendary. He does all the weird warmups with those poles, and long tosses and things like that. Here we see him doing one of those short burst throwing drills and touching 116 MPH. Obviously its not from a mound and wouldn't actually be 116 MPH from 60 feet 6 inches, but this is still impressive. Got me wondering what a guy like Chapman would throw if doing something like this. Regardless, super impressive from Bauer.
