Weekend Wake Up: Jean Ralphio's Best Moments

I'm not one of those people who says Parks and Recreation is better than The Office, because it's not. You can come up with any argument you want, it's just not happening. With that being said, the minor characters on Parks and Rec are fantastic, Jean Ralphio being #1 on that list. Almost every quote and interaction from JR is hilarious. He has some memorable GIFs too, but anytime he's in a scene with Tom it's amazing. Whispering into Ron Swanson's ear is laugh out loud funny, announcing he has money now cuz his grandfather dies gets me every time too. Jean Ralphio is pound for pound the best character on Parks. Debate me on it.
