Wake Up With Shoehi Ohtani Getting The Silent Treatment After His First Career Home Run In Anaheim

I'm so damn happy we get a healthy Shohei Ohtani this season. Even if it's just for the 60 games, baseball needs a healthy Ohtani. When healthy he's one of the most exciting players in baseball. You want a guy who can throw 101? Check. What about a filthy hitter who drops bombs? Check again. He's like a video game player. He also has a flair for the dramatics. Like in the video above when he was making his debut in Anaheim. First at-bat at home and what does he do? Yahtzee. Takes a breaking ball and he deposits it into the seats. First MLB home run of his career and how does he celebrate? Alone in the dugout. I love me a good silent treatment for a first career homer. Maybe this is the year that Ohtani, Trout, Rendon, and Upton can make some noise...or at least sniff the playoffs. We deserve to see Ohtani under some bright lights.
