The Entire Cast of 'Parks & Rec' Singing the Li'l Sebastian Tribute Song Takes You into the Weekend

If celebrities want to give us free entertainment right now, this is the way to do it. As a matter of fact, it should be mandatory. The self-important, preachy videos where they talk directly into the camera with emoting about how in order to stay together we all need to be apart is all played out now, thankyouverymuch. It's been a month and a half. We get the message. What we need is no more of that, and a lot, lot more of this.

The stars of great shows. Back together with their ensemble casts. Staying in character. Interacting in the way that made for fantastic television. It's perfect. And it's a reminder of how good "Parks and Recreation" was and why it still stands up and is utterly rewatchable. If the casts of say, "30 Rock," or "Community" could take their cue from this and do a reunion video, it'd be much appreciated. And if "The Office" did it, the internet would become sentient and take over the Earth. And it would be worth it.

So let this be a lesson, celebrities. If you'd been doing this from the beginning, you'd have been serving the public good and you wouldn't find yourselves apologizing for the other videos you did

RIP, Li'l Sebastian.
