Pray For Warner Music: President Trump's Unbelievable Nickelback "Photograph" Tweet Was Taken Down Due To a Music Copyright Complaint

Yesterday when Donald Trump tweeted out his unbelievable Joe Biden Nickelback "Photograph" tweet I think I can speak for all of us that our jaws dropped to the floor. It was maybe the most shocking plot twist I've ever watched. The moment it happened I went up to Trent Ryan of Barstoolsports.com and said wouldn't it be funny if that got DMCA'd because of the music in the background?

Music lawyers have been all over Twitter the past 6 months hunting down any tweet that has music dubbed in. I had to scan all of my tweets to try and avoid the dreaded DMCA strikes. If you get somewhere around 5 or 6 they flat-out delete your Twitter with no way of recovery. I have like 3 because of A-Rod instagrams that I downloaded and tweeted that all have Jay-Z in the background. Fucking A-Rod. They're ruthless. It appears that King Don was no exception to the rule.

The copyright complaint was made by Warner Music Inc., according to information posted in the Lumen Database, a project that tracks copyright complaints. Warner Music Inc. is not connected to WarnerMedia, CNN's parent company. CNN

Trump and his team have to be smarter than that. You got to have a random burner account with 0 followers tweet out that video and then quote tweet it. That's how you get around the DMCA strikes for now it seems. Well, that's one strike for the President. Rules are rules.

Imagine if he got six strikes and got his Twitter taken away? He might just cancel Warner Music Inc. all together. They're certainly walking down a dangerous path right now. Dude has the ability to tweet out anything and just ruin your company. You take away his account he'll just sprout up a new one and ruin you forever. FOREVER. Warner Music might be the ballsiest company on the planet.

Twitter DMCA police. Zero fucks given. Fearless, but possibly beyond brain dead dumb. We'll see how this one plays out, Cotton.
