"A Quiet Place Part 2" Has Wrapped Filming And I'm Still Mad They Brought A Baby Into The World In Part 1

I love Jim Halpert/John Krasinski. I quite enjoyed “A Quiet Place”. I thought the premise was cool, the acting was great, and it had just enough suspense without going too overboard (That fucking nail in the stairs still haunts my dreams though). But ever since I saw the movie, every single day I have not been able to stop thinking about why in the wide world of sports they would bring another baby into this world. Their one baby is deaf, which is great. Their other baby blew got himself eaten because he couldn’t keep his hands off his damn spaceship for 2 fucking seconds. And then, despite that, Jim Halpert couldn’t keep his dick in his pants or pull out properly, so he knocked up Emily Blunt AGAIN. In a world where if you as much sneeze you get eaten by an alien, they decided to bring a new born baby into it. It drive me freaking bonkers, man.

There are 2 main reasons people like to point out for why they did it- 1) to replace their baby who was eaten, and 2)  to try to keep some sort of normalcy in the world. And I find those two reasons absolutely asinine. Like, dumber than dumb. Why would you replace your baby who was eaten without eliminating the reason he was eaten first? You’re just setting yourself up to have another baby gobbled up the aliens. The last one made it 4 years, and I wouldn’t expect a new one to make it much longer. And point 2, to keep some sort of normalcy in the world, is even more insane. YOU DON’T LIVE IN A NORMAL WORLD! YOU LIVE IN A WORLD WHERE IF YOU MAKE A NOISE YOU DIE!

Forget the aliens, Jim Halpert and Emily Blunt are the true villains in A Quiet Place for bringing a baby into the world. Oh and also, why didn’t they just live at the waterfall? If you can scream behind the waterfall, why not just live there? Seems much easier.

That all being said, I am looking forward to the sequel. Hopefully we get more info on where they came from, how this family survived to begin with, and why they thought having a baby was a good idea.
