As A Kentucky Fan I Never Expected To Absolutely Despise Anthony Davis, But After This Video I Have No Choice

Today is September 6 and I Bobby Reagan, aka Reags, a Kentucky graduate and diehard member of BBN have a confession. I fucking hate Anthony Davis. Actually let me be more specific, I hate this Anthony Davis. I fucking love this version of Anthony Davis:

He’s one of my all time favorite players at Kentucky. He’s a program-changing guy. Outside of Jamal Mashburn and John Wall he’s the 3rd most important recruit at Kentucky. Mash/Wall made UK cool again. Davis brought them the title. He was an absolutely dominant player and that version of Davis is one that I’ll love.

Then there’s the Pelicans, Anthony Davis. This is the weird thing about being a diehard sports fan of a big time program and then a pro team. I have to hate someone like James Young when the Celtics take him. It’s tough, but it happens. Going through that right now with Randall Cobb and joining the Cowboys. Don’t want him successful there at all.

And now the time has come. This Taco Tuesday bullshit. The sucking up to LeBron. The weirdo he’s turning into – but I guess that’s just LA Anthony Davis. That’s an Anthony Davis I could do without.

I need something to happen. This doesn’t feel natural. Anthony Davis is too damn good for me to hate. He brought me and BBN a title. I need him to leave the Lakers after this season and we can reconcile. But as of right now? Fuck LA Anthony Davis.

And more importantly – fuck fake Taco Tuesday.
