Stephen A. Smith Delivered An ALL TIME Rant After The Knicks Got The No. 3 Pick In What May Also Be A Hostage Video

I know there are a few main voices when it comes to Knicks basketball. You likely think of Clem, me, Hubbs, KFC, Big Ev, Steven Cheah. But after this crew of savants we get to the guys like Stephen A. Smith.

Stephen A. Smith LOVES the Knicks. He doesn’t hide it. So when the Knicks ended up with the No. 3 pick last night he delivered an absolutely all time rant. I’m also not positive this isn’t a hostage video. Who is holding Stephen A. hostage? If not, then Game of Thrones could learn a thing or two about shooting a video in the dark:

Is he crying? I’m pretty sure he’s crying to start the video. In reality this video sums up Knicks fans pretty well. The moment the Knicks came up with the 3rd pick it was DAMN. DAMNIT. Because that’s allowed on the page

But then he starts to rationalize towards the end. That’s where I ended up last night after thinking about it all. Don’t get me wrong it SUCKS to not get Zion. It sucks not to be a top-2 pick and guarantee yourself Ja Morant at least. But, with the way the lottery odds changed this year, the fact that the Knicks landed in the top-3 here is HUGE. There was a 60% chance of falling out of the top-3. That’s terrifying. You could be at No. 6 like the Suns and essentially stuck in no man’s land.

I just feel bad for Stephen A. though. I mean look at the way he started his day:

The man is SUFFERING. Someone just alert the authorities and make sure Stephen A. isn’t being held hostage.
