Tom Brady's 10th Anniversary Post Will Make You Ashamed to Call Yourself a Man

Ten years ago, I didn’t realize how much I could love you and the family we created together. My heart is so full and I am so blessed! I know our journey has not been easy, but the challenges we have overcome have made our bond stronger and our love grow deeper. Thank you for loving me, for supporting my dreams, and for nurturing our family in the way that only you could. You are my rock, my love and my light! I love you and I love our family! ???? #bosslady

Has it really been 10 years? I read this and I hold my manhood cheap. I’ve been married for 25 years to a woman who is way too good for me and who has done nothing in all that time but treat me great and support all my behaviors. And I’ve never once come close to expressing my gratitude to her the way Tom Brady did to Gisele here. And I compose sentences for a living. Writing isn’t a side project for me. It’s not a thing I do in between mastering opposing defenses and learning my new receivers and taking hits from 330 lb mad men and running a fitness business and raising money for my charitable foundations and looking amazing. It’s practically all I do. And I can’t come close to his artistry with the written word.

It’s just another reminder of the reality we live in. Some 13.8 billion years ago, nothing existed in the universe but hydrogen, helium and a little bit of lithium. Then some stars formed, existed, and then died. And out of these decaying stars, carbon was formed and was sent out into space. And eventually, over eons, some of those carbon compounds collected in such a way as to become Tom Brady.

Happy anniversary to these two amazing love birds. I’m not entirely sure, but I think the 10th is the White Gold and Diamonds anniversary.
