Everybody always wants to know Jennifer’s secret on how she stays looking so gorgeous and young. She is 49 YEARS OLD! Does that look like an almost 50 year old to you? If you didn’t remember I just refreshed your memory. She explained in her interview with InStyle that she stays away from caffeine and alcohol and gets lots of sleep. So J.Lo is basically a robot. NO caffeine and NO alcohol?! I commend her. She also said “I’ve taken care of myself and now it shows.” Damn straight J.Lo.
