Here's Yet Another Update Worthy of a Sex Scandal Teacher Hall of Famer
You might recognize instant Sex Scandal Teacher legend Stephanie Peterson from her fish. That photo is as iconic in the SST world as the photo of Lou Gehrig’s farewell speech or Ali standing over Sonny Liston or Brett Favre’s dick pic (I’m not linking). When she first burst onto the scene, she was an easy straight-A student. The kind with the perfect combination of attractiveness mixed with pure Florida derangement that it was clear right away she would go down in the record books. And elsewhere.
Well we have an update. Like her fellow all-time great Sarah Fowlkes, Stephanie just went into court and removed all doubt the charges against her are true:
A former middle school teacher in Florida pleaded guilty to having sex with a 14-year-student. …
Stephanie Peterson, 27 … picked up the eighth-grade student at his home before having sex in her home and her car. They also had sex in a barn behind the student’s house between November 2017 and January, court documents show.
Peterson seemingly began panicking upon realizing that the mother of the teen learned of the alleged illicit trysts and was planning on contacting police, according to records released this month by the State Attorney’s Office.
“So she’s planning on doing something with it,” Peterson wrote to the teen, before adding that she hated the teen. “So much.”
In a subsequent message, Peterson wrote: “Pleas [sic] tell her it was the worst decision of my life and I know it was and idk where my bain was but that I somehow fell in love with you briefly and idk why and I’ll never be the same person because of it.” …
Peterson, who also pleaded guilty to sending the teen lewd photos, will now face a minimum of five years and up to 10 years in prison when sentenced.
So there you have it. That’s how you get immortalized in with the all time greats. It takes more than raw talent. More than luck. More than brains – make that “bains.” More than just hard work and dedication and a willingness to send lewd photos to the underage kid you’re briefly in love with. It takes a combination of all those things. But to truly be one of the best ever, it takes a willingness to stand in a court of law, raise your right hand, and affirm under the pains and penalties of perjury that you did in fact have barn sex with your eighth grade student behind your husband’s back.

But her career record speaks for itself and her 5-10 year stretch in jail makes a pretty compelling case. Stay tuned.
