Gary Sanchez And The New York Yankees Continue To Terrorize David Price As They Even Up The ALDS And Head Back To The Bronx

Oh what a night in Boston it was. The town was calling this the David Price legacy game. During the Section 10 live show today everyone had all the confidence in the world he would exorcise his demons against the Yankees and the MLB postseason. As expected, he crumbled under the big moment. Aaron Judge greeted a fastball right down broadway with a blast that still might be going.

Aaron Judge already has seven career postseason home runs, and has blasted off in four straight now. It was the jolt this team needed to start the game, just like on Wednesday against the A’s. They had to strike first and gain the momentum and Judge did just that. Just process that Judge has seven career postseason homers and Mookie Betts doesn’t have one RBI. CRAZY. David Price’s daddy led off the 2nd inning and had a similar welcoming gift.

There is just something about seeing Price on that mound that turns Sanchez into Babe Ruth. It’s honestly incredible. He has seven career hits against Price…six are homers. That is about as much ownage as it gets folks. Price has thrown 17.1 innings against New York this season and has given up 23 runs on 24 hits. He’s as big a mental midget as they come. I don’t know how many times Sox fans can apologize for him and think it’s going to change. What’s the old saying? Believing in something and repeatedly thinking it’s going to change when it won’t is called insanity. Something like that. Price is a coward, a loser, a bum, a pussy, and the Yankees are his daddy. Thank you for showing up last night. Carrabis will likely make up an excuse that Price should have struck out Gardner or something. He’ll complain about the strike zone because that’s all they do, make up excuses. Death. Taxes. Gary Sanchez cock slapping Davey Bitch Boy with his baseball bat.

McCutchen knocked in the Yankees 3rd run soon after and that was it for Davey. A valiant one and two-thirds effort from their horse. I commend his bravery for getting on that mound. I know it didn’t last long, but at least we’ll always have this picture for our memories.

The ball hadn’t even left Judge’s bat and Price knew it was headed for another galaxy. So perfect.

Joe Kelly relieved bitch boy and actually did a great job keeping the Yanks at three runs. For a while it felt like the Yanks were missing chances to extend this lead and pull away, but Tanaka kept on shutting this Sox offense down. Masa wasn’t unhittable on Saturday, and in fact a lot of Boston’s outs were on very solid contact, but they were right at fielders. The one blemish on his stat line was Xander’s solo shot to cut the lead to two. Other than that he managed to contain the offense and bridge the game to the pen. He gave us all we needed.

In the top of the 7th with the score still 3-1, Eddy Rodriguez began his second inning of work. Judge led off with an infield single where he beat Eddy to first. Voit then walked. After a Giancarlo fielder’s choice, Gary Sanchez stepped to the dish with a chance to end the baseball game. He did just that.

This gif is AWESOME.

Pimp job like you read about. FOUR HUNDRED AND SEVENTY NINE FEET JESUS CHRIST. What a redemption game for the Sanchino. The horrible regular season, what regular season?

I said all day he was going to have a big night. You could see his at bats on Friday and how he was seeing the ball so well. It all came together on Saturday night and Gary pretty much erased everything from the 2018 regular season. Who cares about that when you single handily beat Boston in Fenway in October? What a game from #24. His defense has been perfectly fine in these three games also. The man is focused as ever and on a mission to prove the haters wrong. I love it.

And that was all she wrote. The bullpen locked it down after Masa’s five solid innings. Dellin went two, Britton one, and Chapman for the 9th. What a job by this team knowing this was a must win and they had to get it done. Gardner said it, the team knew it. They had to come away with a split and they did just that. Boone has managed these games perfectly with the bullpen and defense subs like putting Hech in when he did to make sure third base was locked down. Now we head back to The Bronx with two home games in sight. It’s right there. IT’S RIGHT FUCKING THERE. They just have to take it.

By the way, Fenway’s atmosphere was once again embarrassing. I’m not just saying that either. Carrabis agreed, again. You guys were pathetic this weekend. No one gets loud. There is no crowd advantage that makes that place hostile. It’s painful to get you guys to stand up for two strikes with Judge up, but when Sweet Caroline plays and it’s 6-2 in the 8th then everyone rises. So sad. You’ll see what a postseason crowd should sound like on Monday in New York. The place will be roaring and I cannot fucking wait. We’re coming home, let’s end this shit.

P.S. Just make Aaron Judge the captain already.
